A guided meditation session that is designed to help you find calm amidst the storm of anxiety. You will have a moment to find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down whilst gently closing your eyes. Let the outside world fade away as we let you embark on a journey towards inner peace and serenity.

What will i learn?

  • VR can provide immersive environments and experiences designed to reduce stress and anxiety, teaching individuals techniques for managing and coping with stress effectively;
  • Participants can learn relaxation exercises and mindfulness practices to calm the mind, reduce tension, and promote relaxation;
  • VR can be used for exposure therapy, helping individuals confront and manage phobias, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress;
  • VR can facilitate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) exercises, helping individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns;
  • VR can be used to enhance social skills and interpersonal communication, which is important for individuals with social anxiety or related challenges;
  • VR can deliver psychoeducational content, providing information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources.
